I have to be honest here, I’ve been getting tired of seeing all of these “the judges were blown away” talent show videos. They usually all go the same way.
One unsuspecting candidate walks on stage, the crowd and judges don’t take them seriously either because they’re too old, too young or too ugly, candidate starts serenading everyone with their beautiful voice, everyone’s opinions get flipped around, tears are shed.
That was almost the case again when 6-year-old Aaralyn and her brother, Izzy, took the stage on America’s Got Talent.
There she was, dressed in a nice dress, bright eyed, smiley. You could only imagine the song she’d sing would be filled with sunshine and rainbows.
Boy were we surprised when she finally opened her mouth.
What they got wasn’t a sweet little lullaby, but raspy, gut wrenching screaming as they performed their original song “Zombie Skin”.
Of course, the judges were completely blown away, possibly literally. Who could blame them? None of us was expecting that kind of screaming, especially from a cute innocent looking girl like that.
The two may have gotten to Las Vegas, but they were eventually eliminated from America’s Got Talent but it may not be the last time we see this adorable duo.
Seriously, screaming like that takes skill.
