This Dog Gets Passing Humans To Play, Before They Even Realize What They’re Doing

Have you ever heard of Pavlov’s dogs? It’s pretty much what pioneered classical conditioning from Russian Psychologist Ivan Pavlov as he noticed how his dogs would salivate when certain conditions were met.

One example you may be familiar with is the method is when he’d give a dog a treat after ringing a bell. Doing this enough times eventually conditioned the dog to salivate after hearing the bell expecting a treat.

So what does this have to do with anything?

Well, what if a dog was capable of doing the same thing to a human? Sounds a little crazy, but, this dog has Paul Stasiewich in the palm of his paw.

The dog leaves his toy on the other side of a fence, waiting for an unsuspecting passer-by to come along and fall for his trick. Paul, who was walking his dog, noticed the face of longing showing from the dog behind the fence so he grabs the toy and throws it over. What he wasn’t expecting was for the dog to come running right back and throw the toy over the fence again.

Before he even knew it, Paul was playing fetch with a dog he’s never met before. Maybe this dog is the new Pavlov.
