There’s nothing quite like a two for one deal at the grocery store for stocking up. However, this couple got a two for one deal for eggs in a way they didn’t quite expect.
In the video, the couple is cracking open a few eggs for breakfast. Apparently, the hen that laid the giant egg lives on the couple’s property. When the man went to check the nest for eggs, there was a brown egg that was twice the size of a normal egg.
There could’ve been any number of things inside of it. Two yolks, two chicks, one extra large chick, or in this case, another egg.
When the man in the video cracked the shell of the egg, another smaller egg popped out along with a normal sized yolk. He cracked the smaller egg, but sadly another even smaller egg didn’t pop out.
Weird things like this happen all the time, but what would’ve happened if the egg had been allowed to mature? Would there have been two chicks in a giant egg?
