What He Caught These Retail Workers Doing Shows There’s Still Hope For Humanity

Customer service people have some of the most emotionally demanding jobs ever. They have to endure rudeness and outright insults on a daily basis, and still have to do their job with politeness and poise.

There’s very little added incentive for service workers at most traditional places like restaurants and call centers. However, the youtuber Jack Vale decided to put the customer service skills of several places to the test, and give them an added reward if they passed.

The first test was asking a Walmart employee if they had something in stock. Jack intentionally hid the item to make sure the employee looked. When she found it, he gave her $100 to thank her for actually taking the time to search.

For the second test, Jack left a large bill in a taco bell. He called and claimed that he had “lost” the money earlier. The employees could have pocketed the bill for themselves. Instead they gave the money back when he came looking for it.
