The FifteenSpatulas YouTube channel has come up with a recipe for a strawberry cheesecake recipe that’s easier to make while still being delicious. Instead of putting the strawberries into the cheesecake, you put the cheesecake into the strawberries.
To make them, all you need are medium sized strawberries, a sharp knife, some soft cream cheese, confectioners sugar, vanilla extract, and a hand mixer.
The end result is super tasty and pretty easy to do. You could even add some cocoa powder into the cheesecake mixture to make them chocolate cheesecake strawberries. The possibilities are endless!
