Although he was born with a severe case of cerebral palsy, Paul Smith, never let it stop him from pursuing his love of art. He just got creative and found a new way to do things.
Using only 10 keys on a typewriter, and some colored ink, he created many beautiful works of art.
When he was asked about his ability to create such high quality works, despite his physical disabilities, his answer was simply: “It Was A Gift From God.”
Paul passed away several years ago, but Rosehaven Nursing Center, which was his home for 30 years, keeps the memory of Smith going strong by proudly displaying his works in their halls.
