Marshmallows are great for roasting over a fire or adding to your hot chocolate, but that’s not all they’re good for.
They also make great decorations for baked goods like cakes and cupcakes. You can make marshmallow flowers in just a few easy steps.
Use a scissor to cut slits into the marshmallow and fan stretch them out until the resemble flower petals. They recommend dipping your fingers in corn starch so your fingers don’t stick to the marshmallow.
Cut the bottom off of another marshmallow and roll it into a cone shape. Cut that in half and attach it to the center of the flower.
All that’s left to do is to color it with food dye and place it on a cupcake.
