Parent Sell Their Stillborn Baby’s Crib At A Garage Sale, But Never Expected What They Got In Return

Valerie Watts of Cokato, MN, was excited to give birth to her first child. She had already purchased a crib and other infant furniture, and set it up in anticipation of his birth.

That is until tragedy struck, and she lost her unborn child just days before her due date. The child, which she already named Noah, was delivered as a stillborn. Understandably, Valerie was devastated.

Shortly after the devastating loss of her son, she held a garage sale and a man and his wife noticed the unused crib. She hesitantly agreed to sell it, but what happened next was beyond her expectations.

Craftsman Gerald Kumpula purchased the crib after finding out about the tragedy and remade it into a heartfelt piece of furniture that they could keep forever in memory of the son they lost.
