Randy Houser’s ‘Boots On’ is one of the more famous country songs to come out in recent memory.
Written and performed by country music superstar Randy Houser, the song was released in February 2009, and reached a peak at the number two spot on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Songs chart at the time.
The hit single is now making somewhat of a resurgence after a toddler gave an excellent lip sync rendition.
Equipped with a toy purple guitar in the back of a car, the little tyke rocked out and gave a performance worthy of the Billboard charts, clocking in nearly two million YouTube views.
While more accurate lip syncs might exist in the throes of the Internet, this little boy’s enthusiasm and country pride cannot be matched by any objective metric, and it really is a joy to watch his raw enjoyment of ‘Boots On.’
