A commercial airliner came crashing down in Taipei this morning after clipping a bridge, and a car driver managed to capture the chilling scene on video.
The TransAsia flight was carrying 58 people, more than half of which were killed in the crash.
The plane also hit a taxi as it plunged into the Keelung River below.

Rescue crews are now searching through the wreckage for survivors.

The TransAsia Airways CEO, Chen Xinde, has issued a public apology and an investigation is currently underway.
