David Copperfield is one of the most famous living magicians. His act has reached millions and help keep the art of magic alive.
Aiden Davis is a ten year old boy and has been battling cancer since he was three. When Aiden made a list of things he wanted to do the very last item was to see David Copperfield perform.
The magician pulled of what was probably his best trick ever: Granting the wish of the 10-year-old cancer patient.
Copperfield learned about Aiden’s wish through social media, and took the boy’s dying wish to a whole new level. He personally flew Aiden and his family to Las Vegas and surprised them in their hotel room. He then took them in a limo to take a picture in front of the iconic Las Vegas sign. He showed Aiden around the city all day, and then took him to his “secret lair,” a museum about the history of magic.
Finally, Copperfield brought Aiden on stage during his performance, making him the center of the show. Copperfield ended Aiden’s visit by thanking the boy for his example of strength and courage.
