Two NYPD Officers Responding To 911 Call Shot In The Bronx

Two plainclothes NYPD officers were shot in the Bronx late Monday night and when responding to a robbery scene.

The officers’s wounds are non-life threatening and they are expected to make a full recovery.

This latest shooting comes after two NYPD officers were executed in a targeted attack just weeks ago.

The shooters fled the scene, but crashed their stolen Camaro a short distance away. However, they were still able to get away on foot.

A $10,000 reward has been issued by the NYPD for any tips that lead to the identification and arrest of the shooters.
