President Obama Receives Extremely Awkward Response From Dissatisfied Veterans

The president is known to enjoy the game of golf. But golf claps? Maybe not so much.

In an effort to win back support from increasingly dissatisfied veterans, President Obama flew down to North Carolina to speak at The American Legion’s national convention . But the loud cheers that he’s accustomed to in between talking points were filled with either complete silence or quiet golf claps, creating for an extremely awkward time.

The cameras spotted several attendees that appeared less-than-thrilled, sitting with their arms crossed and a look of disapproval as the President defended his foreign policy decisions.

It wasn’t until the he finally touched upon the inefficiencies of the VA and proclaimed: “we are going to fix what is wrong” did he get a more enthusiastic response.
