Tired of the same ole’ breakfast foods? Of course you are. With just an egg, some bread, a mug, and a few minor ingredients, you can spice up your breakfast with an awesome microwavable quiche that’s easy to make and easier to clean up.
Rebecca from Mumsnet shows how to make this delicious snack that takes about three minutes tops to complete.
First place one teaspoon of butter in your mug and melt it in the microwave for ten seconds. Next, whisk an egg in your mug then add 2 tablespoons of grated cheese, one and a half tablespoons of milk, and any other greens you may like.
Last but not least, tear up a slice of bread into small pieces and prod it down into the egg. After three minutes in the microwave, it’s time to dig in. Flip the mug upside to empty the quiche into your plate and enjoy!
