Going to the grocery store is a pain in the tuchus. First, you go and try to find a parking space but some guy cuts you off, or someone is watching as they’re backing out, or someone left a shopping cart in the parking space.
Then, you finally make it into the store, of course you get the shopping cart that drifts to the left (I swear they all do that), and you find yourself in a cluster of shoppers.
Every person there is running on their own limited time, minds wrapped around what they need to get and what they need to get it for.
It’s hectic in there and the chaos makes people forget common courtesy.
By the time you make it to the register, you’re already grumpy and frustrated.
You just want to pay for your groceries, get in your car, avoid the lunatics on the road, and get home.
But before you can pay for your items, you’re greeted by some kids and their parents and they want to by your groceries for you.
How would you react to such an act of kindness? If you’d cry, don’t worry, you’re not the only one.
