Tonita Fernandez lives a typical life in the wilderness of Washington. She maintains and decorates her house, tends to her chickens and entertain house guests. The only thing of her life that’s considered “different” is her living space, which is only about 24 ft in length.
Fernandez wanted a life away from the buzz and bustle of everyday so she saved up money by giving up her phone to buy a small custom home she can take anywhere.
The house stands at only 8 feet tall and has a porch.

Here is Fernandez’s property which consists of a chicken coop, her house, and a storage shed which is larger than her house.

This inside features a living area, 2 loft bedrooms, a kitchen, reading nook, bathroom and decorated to fill a little girls tea party fantasy.

She decorates her house with the holidays. Her decorations are so well done even St. Nick pays her a visit.

She’s claimed most of her decor and furniture from Craigslist and often imagines how they were used in their “first lives”.

Her kitchen has everything a kitchen needs. Sink, cabinets, the white surface on the counter is a two-burner stove top and her fridge is large enough to contain everything she needs.

Her bathroom even has a functional toilet, which isn’t always the case with these small homes, and a shallow bathtub.

And her chicken coop is the fanciest coop you’ll ever see.

We’re sure these little gals are very happy with their living conditions.
Everything about her property looks like it came out of a fairy tale. With just a few sacrifices, like her cell phone, Tonita Fernandez achieved her dream home, which she appropriately dubbed “the menopause cave”.
