Jeremie Bucholtz might take the title as one of the most impressive house flippers ever.
As a photographer, he travels a lot between Paris and Bordeaux. However, one day Bucholtz found himself in a financial quandary; he needed a place to stay, but had little money.
Instead of camping out on a friends couch like most of us would do, Bucholtz found an abandoned garage for sale at a bargain basement price and snatched the opportunity.
At first glance, a small garage with no running water, small windows, and no electricity doesn’t seem like prime real-estate. Despite that, Bucholtz and a few friends were able to transform the garage into a multifunctional luxury apartment complete with a patio.
Looking at the apartment, it seems like the perfect bachelor pad. This is a perfect example of what can happen with a little ingenuity, genius, and bravery.
Maybe TLC should give Jeremie Bucholtz his own show on how to turn garages into homes. Just a thought.
