Sometimes there’s ramifications that people don’t always think about when they decide to drink and drive; lives they aren’t taking into account. A recent Budweiser video advertisement of man with his “best friend” did more than enough in reminding people.
It takes you into the life of a puppy and how he grows and bonds with his owner. The two are best friends and he takes the dog everywhere. The man then leaves the dog behind while he goes out with his other human friends with a case of Budweiser.
That’s when they start pulling your heart strings. “For some, the waiting never ended.” it says as we see the poor dog sulking and whimpering for his master. You can’t help but feel sad for the little guy and reflect how it would be if you were in the situation.
It’s a touching ad that pulls you into this bond that is shared between the dog and man and gives you some insight on how a poor decision affects your loved ones. Fortunately, the dog’s best friend returns, unharmed, showing us that most tragedies can be avoided with good decision making.
