Under ordinary circumstances, raccoons and dogs don’t really get along. It’s probably because raccoons are usually trying to get a midnight snack from your garbage bags. However, this video shows that this isn’t always the case. It’s a full minute of raccoon and dog fun time.
In the video, a petite sized raccoon is going out of his way to get some affection from two dogs. He roughhouses with them, plays with them, and even chases them around. The white dog appears to be enjoying it, and he plays back.
However, it’s the big brown dog the raccoon really wants. He goes so far as to climb his back and rest on his head until the big brown dog flips him off. The big brown dog doesn’t play back as much as the white small white one, but you can tell by his bobbing tongue and relaxed posture that he likes it.
Doesn’t the entire video remind you of a small child trying to get the attention of older kids? It’s adorable.
