After many seasons of Britain’s got talent, the judges have to have seen hundreds of dancers, actors, singers, and street performers. It’s harder than ever to impress them, especially Simon Cowell who’s infamous for his acerbic wit and acid tongue.
A contestant named James More stole the show on the stage of Britain’s Got Talent with his high-energy yet smooth magic routine. The act starts off very subdued. His look combined with his moves give him a Justin Timberlake meets David Copperfield vibe.
When he puts the sword in the center, no one knows what he’s going to do with it. Then his ninja assistants come out and lower him onto the point of the blade. He balances on it for a short time. But that’s not all.
Out of nowhere the blade skewers him drawing gasps from the crowd, including Simon. Of course James is fine, and he saunters away while fixing his suit. With an act like that it’s no surprise that he gets a round of applause from each judge and the audience.
