Baby-talk? More like baby-singing. This dad is obviously a pro at the “baby-voice.” His wife secretly videoed him as he was bathing his child and singing this not so conventional “nursery rhyme.” Question is, would Mother Goose approve?
Obviously, this voice took years to perfect, and we can see that he must have practiced on his pooches. The pooches got as excited as the baby when the dad started his ballad, which leads to family fun for all.
The mom is obviously just jealous she is not able to charm the baby and puppies the way the father can. The father may be a modern day St. Patrick and is leading a liege of puppies and babies instead of snakes, who knows?
