Ellen’s always cooking up something new. Whether its exposing a new talent, or doing something nice for someone else, Ellen’s variety show “Ellen” always shows something worth talking about.
This show is no different, as Ellen does it again by helping out the family of an U.S. Airman stationed in Asia.
It started when his wife Vania asked Ellen if she could donate her husband a few new pairs of underwear.
Ellen ships him a new pair, but unsurprisingly she has a surprise in store for the military mom. She lets Vania and their two children video chat to him on the show as well.
The family was also expecting a new baby so Ellen decides to give them a treasure trove of supplies including pampers, formula, and a new TV. On top of that, Ellen gives the family $20,000.
Vania and her husband are obviously very appreciative of the gesture, as they can barely speak afterward. It’s hard not to tear up yourself when you see their reaction.
