The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. 3 decades ago, a Polish man and his family immigrated to America. Fresh off the boat, they had no jobs and no funds, and their son needed a crib to sleep in. Since his father couldn’t afford to buy a crib, he did what any man would do and built his own.
Many years later, that baby was now expecting a baby of his own and he decided to keep the legacy going by building his own crib, just like his father had.
He used that piece as a template.

Even “Dad” is helping out. It must have felt nostalgic.
