Seeing your baby crawl for the first time is almost as exciting as seeing it walk. Many parents wait with bated breath when they see their baby lie on its stomach and rock back and forth like the girl in this video is doing.

By the mid point of the video, she still hasn’t quite figured out how to crawl yet. So the family’s pet pooch Buddy decides to take action and lend a helping paw.
You can see Buddy scooting around on its chest just like a crawling baby towards the end of the video. The little girl is transfixed by him, but the video cuts out just before we see her reaction.
