Cheese and bread: there’s just something about those two substances that we humans can’t get enough of. They also go great combined with each other, like pizza. It’s almost as if they were meant to be.
There’s a lot of different recipes you can make with bread and cheese, but now we’ll go over “monkey bread”.
Monkey bread has several different names (such as puzzle bread, sticky bread, or bubbleloaf) and is usually served as a sweet breakfast dish. Well here’s something a little different by Kraft Recipes in which this sweet treat is turned into a cheesy delight.
Everything you need to know on how to make this is in the video, but here’s a list of the ingredients you’ll need.
1 can (12 ounce) refrigerated biscuits. (The original recipe calls for sweet dough but that probably wouldn’t go well with this recipe.)
2 tablespoons margarine, melted.
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese.
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
1/2 cup of Kraft Shredded Italian Five Cheese with a Touch of Philadelphia.
1/2 cup spaghetti sauce.
You have to hand it to Kraft for innovating an old recipe into a new thing. Follow their instructions exactly and you should get the perfect Parmesan monkey bread, or Parmesan puzzle bread; that rolls off the tongue nicely.
