Construction isn’t expected to be finished for another few months in its location of Hillsboro, Florida, but don’t expect to find yourself invited to share a dip in the $4 million dollar pool or take a stroll down the $2 million dollar custom designed staircase, unless of course you’re ready to make an offer.
