He first began creating his designs by pressing wheat and barley stalks into moist wall. Since then, his skills have improved as he’s taken his expertise in leather carving and transferred them into carving drywall.
Mitchell enjoys sculpting birds like herons and ospreys the most, but he also enjoys sculpting nature scenes of horses, dogs, and wolves.
