The garage screen is created to retract and roll up just as any garage door, and comes installed with a passage door for easy access in and out.
According Lifestylescreens, “because it stores and operates entirely on the interior of the garage cavity and opening the Lifestyle Screens Garage Screen Door is approved for installation in most communities where the HOA may have banned aluminum sliders and electric retractables which are unsightly and require tracks and frames to be attached to the outside frame of the garage opening.”
