The Possessions of a WW2 Soldier Were Discovered Decades Later. What They Found Inside Was Amazing.

While searching for artifacts from World War II, U.S. Navy Captain Mark D. Anderson and historian Jean Muller stumbled upon an amazing find. A foxhole that was dug during the Battle of the Bulge in 1944, with the possessions of an American solider, Louis J. Archambeau.

Archambeau died in the war, but in his belongings they discovered a camera that’s contents were undeveloped. After developing the film, these historic photos were seen for the first time, 70 years after they were taken.

I couldn’t believe that a 70 year old roll of film was still able to be developed. The contents of which were simply amazing and show a great look into what some of our bravest were going through.
