Four teens rock out to 60s songs. Watch what happens when the music changes.

For a lot of us, prom night was not everything it was made out to be, but for these four teens and their classmates, it was sure to be a night they’d never forget.

A video showing four high school boys dressed in matching pants and suspenders has gone viral across the internet as viewers realize that their outfits were meant not just for style, but for a carefully choreographed dance.

The video, titled “New Evolution of Dance,” is based on Jason Laipply’s original “Evolution of Dance,” uploaded to YouTube in its early days, and opens with a song everyone knows, “Stand by Me.”

The boys perform their carefully practiced dances as the songs change, alternating positions for the spotlight as their playlist goes through hits from the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and all the way though today.

The more than five-minute long performance features many flips, twists, turns, and even props as the boys dance their way into some serious high school memories.

Luckily for the boys and their classmates, the memory of prom night can live on forever through the internet as the video continues to get views all across the world, and that’s more than most of us can say about our own prom night.
